Fierce battle. Civil War in the USA
Confederate Infantry. Set #2, Union Infantry. Set #2 The Civil War of 1861-1865 is rightly considered a turning point in the history of the United States of America. It was the beginning of the process of the formation of the United States as a state that influenced and continues to influence world politics. This war is also considered to be in some ways unique and unlike any other civil war - it had the features of both an internal war and a war between states. It was not just a clash of two differently equipped and trained armies - it was a kind of clash of civilizations. The mutual brutality of the two warring parties, who were previously citizens of the same state, reached an unimaginable level. As a result, the Civil War became for the United States the bloodiest military conflict in the history of the country, in which, according to historians, 650,000 Americans died. It is not for nothing that the famous American historian Shelby Foot gave her the following description: "...It was the crossroads of our existence, and it was a hellish crossroads." Set DS3519 consists of 16 figures.
