Payment and delivery

Payment:

• Payment on PrivatBank card. The most common way. After confirming the order, you will receive an SMS with details for payment to the PrivatBank card. These details can be paid for through Privat24 app (client-bank) or at the cash desk in any branch of the bank.
• Payment upon receipt at Nova Poshta - cash on delivery.
• Payment in cash is possible upon delivery by our courier or pickup.

Delivery:

• Transport company "Nova Poshta". The cost of delivery is according to the carrier's tariffs.  Estimated delivery time is 2-3 days.
• Transport company "Ukrposhta". The cost of delivery is according to the carrier's tariffs.Estimated delivery time is 3-5 days.
• Self-pickup. You can pick up your order at the following address: Lutsk, Zoryana (Artseulova) St., 10
• International delivery. We provide international delivery worldwide. The cost and delivery time are calculated individually for each region, depending on the country of destination, weight and dimensions of the parcel. International delivery is carried out after full prepayment.
