DESCRIPTION
Ford GPA was a unique car that was used not only on the US side by the Army and the Marine Corps, but also later by Russian troops. It was often called a "vulture" (short for "sea jeep") because of its amphibious nature. The front-engine, all-wheel-drive car shared much of the design and parts (including the engine) with the Ford GPW. By 1943, about 12,800 units were produced. This kit includes many new parts to upgrade the 35043 US Amphibian Ford GPA Kit.
