The BMW R75 and Zündapp KS750 heavy off-road motorcycles were designed specifically for military use with large off-road tires and a motor sidecar, as well as increased ground clearance, plus front and rear gears were first put into service by the Wehrmacht in 1941. Stroller and transmission for off-road use, they also included features such as handles and footrests heated with warm air, just like the stroller, which was well received in the Russian winter.
Lion Roar has followed the excellent Zündapp KS750 sidecar (kit # L3507 / 8) with this BMW R75 sidecar kit.
As with the Zündapps, two separate kits were released: Kit #L3509 with the R75 itself without the sidecar and #L3810 which includes the R75 with sidecar and a choice of two trailers. But it should be noted that, like the Zündapp KS750, the BMW R75 was never produced in the factory without a sidecar, which was also set in motion by a differential connection from the rear wheel of the bike.
There may have been suitable field modifications to create a self-contained cycle, but all the wartime documentation and photos I've seen show the official bike and sidecar configuration.
The L3509 kit actually includes two R75 cycles with kit #L3510, one cycle with sidecar plus two alternative trailers, and the comments here on the cycle apply to both kits.
