Mini Morris is a British passenger car, first presented to the public in 1959. Its serial production began in the same year and lasted until 2000 in the original version. In 2001, a completely new car called the Mini Morris, which was called the BMW Mini, entered the market. The Mini Morris was originally held in Cowley and Longbridge in the UK, but has since been held in many other cities around the world.

The Mini Morris was designed and put into production to expand the British Motor Corporation's commercial offering and capture the interest of the European markets, especially the British, with small cars with low running costs. From the very beginning, emphasis was placed on low production costs with the same operating costs. At the same time, the serial Mini Morris was distinguished by a simple design, high reliability and a small number of failures. The car also provided decent ride comfort for this class. The engine with a volume from 0.85 to 1.3 liters was most often used. There were also several versions of the body, such as: 2-door sedan, station wagon, van or pickup. The car quickly acquired iconic status in the UK, comparable to the Citroen 2CV in France or the VW Beetle in Germany. He even became a symbol of the 60s in the collective consciousness of the British! Taking advantage of this nostalgia and the great popularity of the car, the German concern BMW in 2001 launched the Mini brand on the market, which stylistically refers to its predecessor, but in terms of the units, equipment and technologies used, it is completely different from it. .
