Assembled model 1/24 car Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo - Nürburgring 24H 2019 Winner NuNu PN24026 The Nürburgring in Germany is known as one of the most difficult tracks in the world. The track was created in 1927. The total length of the course is about 30 km and there is a wide variety of turns, which are said to not have the same angle. In addition, the road surface has the same surface as a public road. In addition, one of the features is that there is no flat part, different wavy from handmade. Such a feature, of course, adds a challenge to the cars that drive there. It can be said that this is a good testing ground for car manufacturers. The 24 Hours of Nürburgring is held every year on such a difficult track. The first 24-hour Nürburgring was held in 1970, and then every May-June. More than 200 teams and cars from works to private teams participate each time. From the latest models to slightly older models, the wide range of touring cars taking part also demonstrates the depth of European motorsport. Winning the race also leads to the challenge of high technical capabilities. That's why every manufacturer will continue to challenge the 24 hours of the Nürburgring to test their technology. Audi in Germany participates in the Nürburgring 24 Hours every year as one of the aforementioned manufacturers. The R8 LMS EVO GT3, which was just unveiled at the Paris Motor Show in October 2018, was unveiled at the 2019 Nürburgring 24 Hours race, which took place on June 22-23, 2019. The R8 LMS EVO GT3 has been thoroughly refined from the GT3 model, the R8 GT3, which was introduced in 2009. The body has been improved to an aerodynamic design and cooling system. The power system was also re-evaluated and turned into a model that was easier for drivers to control. Five R8 LMS EVO GT3s competed in the GT3 class, powered by a 5200cc V10 mid-engine. The No. 4 Audi Sport Team Phoenix car finally came out on top with two hours to go in the fierce battle for the top spot. The No. 4 Audi and the second-placed Porsche were at the same time for the final pit stop, but the No. 4 Audi was entrusted to 21-year-old Belgian driver Dries Vanthor to lead the final stage, and Vanthor produced a superb drive. Gradually the gap between the second place widened and Vanthoor held the top and finally sealed the victory. This victory at the 24-hour Nürburgring has been brought to Audi since 2017.
