step-by-step instructions. The LAV-AT is an all-terrain vehicle with night capability. It can be airlifted by C-130, C-141, C-5 and CH-53 E aircraft. This vehicle provides mobile, armored, accurate and destructive fire from closed positions against heavy armored targets and fixed fortifications. Due to its mobility, it can keep pace with its corresponding military unit to provide highly mobile, protected anti-tank fire support to light infantry and reconnaissance forces, and to provide the ability to engage heavy armored targets at long ranges. The machine can be used in both defensive and offensive roles.
