Kit 1/35 Henschel 33 D1 Kfz.72, German radio communication vehicle of the Second World War

Henschel 33 D1 Kfz.72 Germany began to build a modern army after 1933. An important part of the motorization of the Wehrmacht was the production of three-axle 3-ton trucks. The most numerous of them was Henschel 33. It stood on conveyors from 1934 to 1942. Modification D1 had a 6-cyl. gasoline engine. A total of about 22,000 Henschel 33s were produced. Some chassis had special bodies. One of them was a Kfz.72 with a body. These machines were used as transmitters and receivers in powerful A/B mobile radio stations.
