The "Kugelpanzer" spotter car (German: "Kugelpanzer", "tank bullet") is a light armored car designed in Nazi Germany in the 1930s, probably by the Krupp company. According to employees of the armored tank museum in Kubinka, the machine is designed as a mobile observation post for adjusting artillery fire. As of 2022, the origin and purpose of the machine has not been determined.
