Assembled model 1/35 tank destroyer Sd.Kfz. 167 StuG. IV Early Production with Zimmerit Dragon 6615 Dragon launches early production 2 in 1 StuG.IV vehicle in 1/35 scale. The kit allows modelers to create both a regular StuG.IV tank destroyer and a Zimmerit coated tank destroyer. The Zimmerit coating is finely machined, saving modelers hours of tedious work trying to recreate this texture with putty. Since Zimmerit covered most of its parts, two superstructures, two upper hulls, lower hulls and frontal armor are available in the box. Photo-etched parts come standard, and there's also a bonus metal bucket that comes free with this kit. Such utilitarian buckets were often seen hanging on the back of German armored vehicles. When you open the box, you are faced with a lot of plastic and metal (over 700 parts)! 12 sealed bags containing 21 different sized gray sprues and 1 clear styrene sprue, 1 fret with photo engraving and decals, 1 set of vinyl tracks, 1 set of P/E skirts and an 8 page instruction sheet. The plastic is crisply molded with no flash, and the photo-etching is thinner than previous Dragon kits
