Assembled model 1/72 battle tank T-54 B Mid. Prod. Ammo Mig A.MIG-8502 T-54 AMMUNITION KIT Mig Jimenez's first independently designed 1:72 scale AMMO plastic model kit. For the release of this important product, we chose the world-famous Russian T-54B, an equally fascinating subject. This general fascination with the main battle tank has served dozens of countries around the world and withstood more than half a century of conflict. Our professional vehicle research and access to working examples for measurements resulted in the amazing accuracy of this wonderful replica. The carefully researched camouflage and markings guide included in this kit accurately reproduces the many eye-catching options. Due to the long experience of operating this vehicle, the choice of camouflage colors and markings is limited only by references and your imagination. T-54B SERVICE The T-54B, which entered production in 1957, was developed in 1955 and featured a new 100mm D-10T2S gun fitted with a 2-axis Zyklon stabilizer that could fire specially designed APFSDS rounds to greatly improve armor penetration. The T-54B was the first Soviet tank to be equipped with night fighting equipment, which consisted of an infrared L-2 Luna gun sight and an OU-3 infrared searchlight for the commander. The T-54 served the North Vietnamese successfully in combat and made international headlines in 1972 during the Easter Offensive and was photographed again in 1975 when it crashed into the gates of the Presidential Palace in Saigon, signaling the end of the civil war in 'etnami. Variants of the T-54 participated in the Hungarian Revolution of 1956, saw service in Egypt and Syria during the 1967 Six-Day War, and were captured during the 1973 Yom Kippur War to be upgraded and serve as the Tiran-4. The tank was also heavily used by Iraq during the 8-year Iran-Iraq war in the 1980s, and several are currently serving in the Syrian civil war in the Aleppo area.
