Mikojan-Guriewicz MiG-29 (NATO: Fulcrum) is a fourth-generation Russian twin-engine heavy frontline fighter jet with trapezoidal black wings. The number of over 1000 MiG-29s produced between 1977 and 1992 already demonstrates the potential capabilities of this aircraft. In essence, it should be recruited to a group of 3-4 of the most important fourth-generation investors in the world who are currently serving. The MiG-29 was developed in the 1970s as a design that could match or even exceed the combat capabilities of the same class of air defense fighters. And it must be noted that it does not compromise on anything, such as the F-16, and its many features, such as its powerful twin-engine drive, outclass its American competitor. Since the MiG-29 was designed for maximum serviceability, even in standard conditions and with minimal experience, any repairs can be carried out virtually effortlessly. It is important to find out that 5 mechanics will replace and check the engine in less than an hour! Fulcrum's special abilities don't end there. If there are problems with the drive, even if it is fully loaded, it may start using one engine and then start the other one. The MIG-29 is permanently armed with a 30-mm GSh-301 machine gun, which is known for its high accuracy. External units can carry AA-10, AA-11 or AA-8 air-to-air missiles, as well as UB-32-57 or uncoated, but larger S-8K anti-ground missiles. not only from the borders of the Eastern Bloc, but also from many other users who appreciated its great potential. Several versions of this successful vintner were created. The most important of them, among others, is the first serial one, that is, the MiG-29 (Fulcrum-A) with the S-29 Topaz radar and the OEPRNk-29 optical-electronic system. Another development is the MiG-29M (Fulcrum-E) with the S-29M Zhuk radar with a longer range and a better guidance and targeting system. Instead of the RD-33, more powerful RD-33K engines were also used. The fly-by-wire system was also used. Technical data: length: 17.37 m, wingspan: 11.4 m, height: 4.73 m, maximum speed: 2400 km/h, altitude gain speed: 330 m/s, maximum flight range: 2100 km, maximum 18000 m height, armament: fixed 1 30 mm GSh-301 suspended (version M) - up to 5000 kg load.
