This model is one of Leonardo da Vinci's most interesting projects. It is known as Leonardo's car, in fact recent discoveries have confirmed that it is one of the first robots in history. The machine is drawn on sheet 812/r/ Codex Atlanticus together with other devices. The robot's motor is hidden inside, a spring locked by a mechanical brake transmits power to gears that can drive the side wheels.
