Starter set 1:24 Lancia Turbo Heller 56741

In 1979, the Lancia Beta Montecarlo was introduced to the World Championship, a car designed by Lancia headquarters (in particular by Daniele Audetto) to break the long-standing dominance of the Porsche 935. The engine capacity was increased to 1425 cc, which allowed the model to compete in the "up to 2 liters" class (according to the championship rules, where the winner was determined by the best result regardless of the category). At the end of the 1979 season, the strategy paid off, and the Lancia team took first place in its class.
