The M24 Chaffee was an American light tank from the World War II era. The first prototypes were built in 1943, and mass production took place between 1944 and 1945. In total, approximately 4,700 units of this tank (across all versions) were produced. The M24 Chaffee was powered by a Cadillac Twin 44T24 engine setup delivering a total of 220 hp. It was armed with one 75mm M6 gun, two 7.62mm Browning 1919A4 machine guns, and one 12.7mm Browning M2HB machine gun.

A photo-etched metal part is used for the rear hull rack. The assembly-type tracks feature solid, straight sections.
The kit includes two torso figures (commander and loader), three marking options—including those for Italian and German vehicles—and a photo-etched rear rack.
